Proof of Purchase
The purchase shall be completed satisfactorily. Then you will receive an email confirmation of your order with all the information and a link to Order Tracking page. There you will need to fill in your order number and email details. When done, you’ll find your electronic sales receipt and, when your delivery tracking code be available, you will also see it here. We process all the orders manually, thus we send you an informational email not the same time you’re making payment.

As we’re a Russia based online store, by default, we accept payments in Russian rubles. Our shop automatically understands what currency is more suitable to your location and converts ruble prices to $ USD or € EUR. You also can manually switch currencies with the help of currency converter in the bottom of the site. Currency conversions are estimated and for informational purposes only. When checkout, you will be charged in Russian rubles. The conversion will take place at the rate of your bank.

World
We deliver orders internationally. The shipping cost depends on your country location. You may know the exact price of the delivery during the checkout process. Usually, it’s around $30.

Our prices include a 4% tax for self-employed persons, according to the Russian Federal Law №422-FZ. If you order outside of Russia, please be informed that our prices don’t include your country taxes. If applicable, you may need to pay dues by the customs upon receipt. Please consider it. Commonly, if you buy goods with a total value of not more than the indicated amount, you may be free of paying taxes in some countries.

There could be an extra fee about 5% for some methods of payment, depending on your country. If it is so, you’ll see the fee amount during checkout.
