Guarantee
Our jewelry has a 6 months guarantee from the date of purchase that covers any possible defects that may arise from the manufacture but under no circumstances those caused by misuse by the customer or delivery service. To enforce this guarantee, you must submit a proof of purchase.
Please be informed that if you can't deliver the item to our pickup point in Moscow by yourself, you have to pay the trackable delivery service both to deliver and get the repaid (or new) item back.
Care
Our jewelry is produced with various materials that require a particular type of cleaning. Below you will find some tips to follow depending on the type of piece.
Silver-plated pieces
Sterling silver can react by darkening when exposed to the air and light, or in some cases, by the different types of Ph of the skin. To clean these types of pieces, we recommend that this is done by using a soft cloth or with a non-abrasive silver cleaner to prevent damage.
Gold plated pieces
For the proper cleaning of these pieces, we recommend you use a soft cotton cloth regularly (weekly) to keep the jewel in good condition. If the piece is dirty, also use warm water and mild soap. When you finish the process, dry the jewelry with a soft dry cloth or paper. Take care with leather and the stones or crystals that the piece may have, because these materials may require another type of care.
Crystals and glass
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the parts of crystal or glass.
How to store?
To maintain your Nastasia Černovski piece as new, we recommend storing it in an individual bag, in its original packaging, or a closed box. Try to prevent contact with the air, direct light, or humidity, as this can lead to deterioration of the piece.
Keep in mind that jewelry is greatly affected by external Ph, so avoid, as far as possible, any contact with perfumes or other cosmetic products.
