Galvanic coating with gold or gilding is coating the surface of a product with a layer of gold under the influence of electric current. It has a protective and decorative function, prevents the oxidation and destruction of metal, and gives the surface of the jewelry an exceptional reflectivity.
With careful handling, jewelry will delight you for many years. Remember that the gold coating, like other types of coatings, is subject to the natural process of abrasion. To make the jewelry always look like new, we recommend updating the galvanic coating with gold once every two years. You can do it in almost any jewelry workshop.
