Returns

We offer you the chance to return your purchase within a period of 7 calendar days from the delivery of the order.

Your products must be in the same condition as they were delivered, with the original instructions, documentation, accessories, packaging, and labeling being preserved. Along with the returned items, we need you to include the proof of purchase, your name, address (specifying this is a return in the package), and a phone number to contact you if there is any problem with your return.

Unfortunately, you cannot return postcards and gift cards.

Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted process carried out on each of our pieces, some of the colors or shapes of the articles may vary slightly with the pictures displayed on our website. If you want to change the size or color of the article, you will need to complete a new order, processing the return of your previous order and requesting a refund of its amount.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 10 days of receipt of the article.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@nastasiacernovski.com.

Gifts

If the item marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail a gift certificate to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive at our warehouse. You should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are also responsible for paying for sending articles that you wish to return; we cannot accept returns sent by freight collect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
